Terms of Use

Draft — pending legal review. This text may change before launch.
These terms are the agreement between you and Sotto when you use the app. By joining in, you confirm you've read them.
Who can use Sotto
You must be 18 or older. One person, one account — don’t create accounts to get around limits, blocks, or moderation decisions.
Your content
You own what you post. You give Sotto permission to store, display, and distribute it inside the app for as long as it’s live, and to keep minimal records where safety or the law requires. You’re responsible for what you share, including having the right to share any photo you use.
Community Guidelines
The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Content that breaks them can be removed, and accounts can be limited, restricted, or suspended.
Anonymity and accountability
Other people never see who you are, but Sotto keeps a private internal account so blocking, reporting, and moderation work. Anonymity does not protect content that is illegal or that seriously harms others.
Sotto VIP
VIP is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel it any time in iOS Settings; cancelling stops the next renewal. Safety and privacy features are never part of a paid tier.
Not a crisis service
Sotto can point you to support resources, but it cannot monitor, locate, or help anyone in an emergency. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services.
Ending your use
You can delete your account any time under Me → Account & Data. Sotto may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
The service as it is
Sotto is provided as is, while it is still being built. Features can change, and posts are temporary by design.
